Absolute bargain price there! For that price you wouldn't get anything that even came close to sounding as good.

does it have a phono stage and 2 speaker outputs though?

It has a phono stage, and a rather good one too. Frankly, for the price you might as well buy an amp for each set of speakers! Maybe not... the only problem with a cyrus 3 is that it doesn't have A/B speaker switching.
