Steve Cotterill sacked...

There are still some sensitive little souls like Derbyshire, Miller and dare I say Camp (following his 'mardy' mood last season) though I think they can be won round.

My brother in law speaks to Anderson a fair bit and he said, though I think Ando's a bitter little troll, that quite a few of the squad really didn't like Cotterill and that the atmosphere wasn't good, even after safety was achieved.

Always nice to have somebody on the inside :) Only time that's happened to me was when Tommy Wright was there, his dad was best mates with my mates dad, and all that. Managed to get me an autographed ball with Collymore, Roy and Boooo-hinen and co.

Looks like McCarthy is out of the running, back to Ferguson and x million pound pay off.

I quite like the sound of Keane and MacParland as no.2?

Lets be honest, amazing that it took a week:)

'Ex-Celtic boss Gordon Strachan has also had talks with the new owners.'

Course, if you're still preying to the high heavens, lets hope somebodys shining a light, the above would very much be 10 feet below...

I know.... but .... unfinished business still sounds like the best option.

Thou i remain a bit miffed why their all walking away from it, aside from the fact we don't have a 1st team defender at the club.. you'd have thought a few quid might have come their way, something don't fit...

Course Sven will be sold anyway, so forget all that:)

well thats a bit of a let down after all the talk coming from the new owners , he plays good football, but not sure hes the person to get them into the prem.

Pleased with that! We've done the whole big name manager circus, it ended dreadfully and has for many other clubs. We've appointed someone the players have said they want and that already knows the club which is important given we have only a month to go.
