Me too except I've been looking more at the Galaxy S despite it's rubbish support.

Suppose it's down to pricing.

Well i am no better off really. The iPhone looks really good and will do just the job but i know the desire can do it all too!!!
My gut feeling says go for the desire.. cheaper all round and i like the idea of open source software - there are some damn clever people out there!!!!!

I mean seriously, what was Jobs thinking, the moment I heard him comment on IPS being the superior tech to AMOLED I just had to raise my ears and eyes like a dog to make sure I did just hear that and I myself have a £460 h-IPS monitor!
