Stilton & Mushroom soup recipe?

Afraid I can't help with a recipe for those two only, however the reason might be because you'll need something like leeks or potatoes to thicken it a bit more/ make it not taste incredibly strongly of mushrooms. Why does it need to be just them on their own? Have you had this in a restaurant and are trying to replicate?

Edit: Could try this and just leave out the leeks/ substitute for more mushrooms?

Why do you need a recipe.

Pan of stock.
Some mushrooms.
Some stilton.
Simmer for a while.
Blend some or all of it to the consistency you want.

Not how you wanted it, tweak it next time.

Yes, I have had it somewhere before, but maybe they did put something extra in and didn't mention it.
In regards recipe, never cooked soup so wanted something to follow :)

I'll give it a go and see what happens though!
