This is the problem with cats. Are they pets or wild animals? Should owners take full responsibility for them like dogs? In my opinion they should.
I agree. I think it's wrong that a neighbours animal can come and crap all over my garden and lawfully there is nothing to stop it from doing so. But the law is the law so there's not much I can do apart from deterring the little bugger.
Gives me even more reason to buy a dog!

Sadly doesn't solve the poo issue as 3 times as much stuff comes out the back of it than goes in the front, strange dog.

Post there cat mess back through there letter box.......My neighbour got a kitten a few months ago and I've noticed they let it out now. Since then, my garden is absolutely covered in cat mess, it's disgusting.
This stuff is black, some of it is like pebble droppings and looks a bit like dark mud I guess. The only way for a fox to get in my garden would be to go in via a neighbours garden as they all back onto each other.
