Stop gap needed

If you haven't already purchased I would also weigh up the 6850 and 6870. The 6850 is faster than the 460, but slower than a 560, whilst the 6870 is faster than both (the Ti is a higher priced ballgame). All these cards are faster than the 5770.

I've yet to find anything I can't play well at 1080p with a 6870, I'm rather impressed with it, as I was expecting it just to be a temporary card until the new Keplar and midrange ATI were out, but its actually quite fast and I'm debating whether or not to bother upgrading yet now.

I would also recommend a 5770, some good deals can be had on used ones. They are DX11 and overclock very well, And in a few months time when selling on they shouldn't drop too much value.
