Stop internet access on one pc?

I have a hoem network running with netgear Dg834G router.
I want to stop internet access for just one of the PC's, that is now just used for mainly storage. Netgears forums have been down for ages, so I'd thought I'd ask you guy's. The problem is I'm using XP Home, just home networking, and the PC connects as soon as it's started. I still want it on the network, just with no internet access.

In firewall rules, service = any, block to/from the LAN ip (make sure you reserve the ip)

The PC connects to the Internet as soon as its booted up?

Well when its booted up and connected to the Internet couldn't you right click on the Internet Connection and click "disable"?

What are you using? Router or Crossover cable?

It's a router cable. Seft, do I just specify the ip of this computer, they change a bit?. Do I have to then set a deffinate ip for it?
