stop itunes loading up?

Hey how do i stop itunes loading up when i plug my ipod into the PC?

I have copied LOADS of work onto my ipod but i heard when i plug it in and itunes loads up it will all be deleted? (I have songs on the ipod also)

Stop the processes iPodService.exe and iTunesHelper.exe before you plug in your iPod.

there is an option in itunes which stops it auto launching

Kill it with fire?

But as above, you can just stop it in preferences.
