So I got stopped for speeding tonight by a Police Transit van  , to be honest it was a fair cop and the guy was just doing his duty and once he'd checked that I had insurance and my details matched with the car he let me off and didn't really even give me a warning.

The funny part of the story was that he said that he had "a collaborative speedo in his van" and he said I was doing at least 40 MPH in a 30 MPH zone (yes I kill and eat babies)...

My friend and I tried to not laugh but we think he meant "calibrated", bless him how we laughed (after he got back in the Transit) ;) :D

Sounds like a decent cop.

Of late I've been trying to drive on the speed limit in built up areas. Stick to 30 and it's so bloody hard. Not because of the slow speed, but because of folk driving right up your arse the whole time. Really infuriating.

Calibrated is far easier to remember and to say than collaborative, he must like a challenge.
