Storage Setup Advice - 3 SSD's

I'm after a little bit of advice on how best to configure my storage.

I currently have:
120GB Corsair M4
240GB Corsair M4
1TB Samsung Evo 850 (Just purchased)

I plan to run:
OS
Games
VM's
General usage..

Am I best to have my games on a different drive to my OS, so that although they are all SSD's while they are fast I assume it will be better if OS is using one so games can get full write on another?

I have 32GB RAM in my PC, but I have heard people talk of 'Scratch' drives but don't quite get their reasoning and if I should use it?

Will I be best having say:
OS - on the 240
Games - on the 1TB
Data - on the 1TB
Scratch (if needed) on the 120?

Or, if compatible with my board..
RAID 0 the M4's, even though different sizes and loose some space for the OS to run on them for a bit more space then the games etc on Evo?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I want to make sure I get the best setup, with having 3 SSD's at disposal.

First off, run the crucial m4 firmware update tool, Google the 5200 bug if you've not heard of it to see why.

Your plan looks solid. I wouldn't raid them though, no point.

When you install Windows, do it with all other drives disconnected and put your ssd in sata slot 0

Thanks I will look into the firmware!

Ok so if I go with OS on the 240 then data/games on 1TB where does that leave me with the 120, is there any real use for it to give me a gain somewhere?

I have:-
256 gig SSD with my OS installed and my essential software (Anti virus, hardware drivers etc). 1 TB SSD for all my games, another 1 TB SSD for mostly other software and a couple of downloadable thing. A 128 gig SSD as a back up of my OS system should I need it and finally a 56 gig SSD which is empty. Of which I should put something on at least.
