Here in Muswell Hill at the moment we have some pretty ferocious weather. Very windy, very rainy, dark and cold. I can't help thinking this could be worse in other parts of the country. Is anyone experiencing anything similar?

Nah, its all died down around here over the past few days although I hear its all going to get worse again soon with another bank of cloud on its way from the Atlantic...

Had heavy rain earlier for a few minutes, have you not seen the flash warnings from the met office for today? Surprised it isn't flooding here again to be honest.

Up here..... its unbelievably HUMID :( Hayever season. But weather imo has been unsettling. Usually the air is very fresh because of the gale force wind we get here but its not...its just bleh.

Its sunny but not the good kind.... sunny, cloudy humid.
walking to work today in this heat, watching the queues of traffic pumping their noxious fumes into the air...sitting in their air-conditioned vehicles without a care in the world....

i had a dream about the end of the world.... ages ago. I was standing on this plain and i could see a massive wave of fire sweeping over everything. (a bit like the terminator 2 end of world scene)

:(

Its quite sunny now... strange as it was chucking it down half an hour ago.

Fire? NOTHING to worry about it in this country...I'd be more worried about a Deep Impact like scene, i.e. loads of water coming from everywhere!

Anyone from europe? Whats your weather like?

Does it feel unnatural to anyone else? or is just me?

Was in June in Athens, 45 degrees roasting for the win \o/ Talked to aunty last night, its still hot 40 ish, and lots of concerns with regards to burning forests...at this rate, there won't be any forests left soon :/

As for the weather here - it is cursed!! Summer? You're having a laugh...

i saw some user opinions from bbc website about peoples weather on the continent recently. All HOT HOT HOT 42 - 50 celsius crikey! One of them said it wasnt about living anymore...just about survival.

I much prefer the pouring rain to a hot, hot day and quite frankly I dont mind at all, as far as the type of weather is concerned, that it has been raining so much.

Been raining all day today in Bristol and had to do a 6mile walk. Even in all my waterproofs I was soaked. I could even wring water out of my boxers :(..
