Strange boot issues on Vista 64

This is an odd one, my PC runs fine all the time. It runs cool and quiet and is clocked at 3.15GHz on 4GB of RAM. Not far over volts either. All is well.

However last 3 days, first time turned on in the day, it will not boot. It clears post, then sits black screened, just before the VISTA circular logo.

If I hit the restart button it is fine. If I power it down for any length of time during the day and turn it on again, it starts fine!

Only 1st boot of the day after a night off! Any clues?

I keep power to the PC plugged in and power to it on.

Is it tired?

Just remember, about 3 weeks ago, I eased the CPU voltage down .1Volts to try and get cooler performance, have notched it back up that 0.1 and it seems to have stopped, 2 cold starts no issues!

Thanks All
