strange booting issue

my pc boots ok (but slow)and i get no post screen and cant get into the bios at all, its just a black screen until windows loading screen appears
its an asus z270 mobo if that makes any difference.
anybody had this issue?

no, using a monitor via display port, nothings changed connection wise from when it booted fine till now
