Strange IE 7 Problem

What is causing this and what can i do about it?

Look at the top of the picture. Why is that happeneing?

IE7 in windows 7? Shouldnt it be IE8?

Anyways try minimising and opening it again to see if that works

Wouldn't say thats an application issue, more of a display / focus problem.

I am still using IE7 and getting the above problem. Only if i close the window down and restart IE7 does it work. Only to re-appear again at some point.

Dodgy drivers or if not, possibly a card on it's last legs.

Onboard graphics. Only happens at OcUK site!
