strange issues with sn770

ever since a reinstall im getting weird fluctuation in drive performance, say im in game and want to load a saved setting, the game freezes for a min before it actually does it, and extracting a file say it takes an age, im not most pc minded, but something definitely isn't right here. chkdsk showing nothing.

any ideas

Are you using 24H2?

not yet on windows 24H2 and power was set to balance as always tbf
