Strange issues.

Yup, yet another problem. I'll try to explain it as best as possible. So what happens is that around a minute or so after I'm logged into windows the Internet just stops working completely and it just kinda keeps refreshing the page, my desktop icons start flickering and when I open notepad the date and time keeps getting pasted. It's not the keyboard as I unplugged it and the problem stayed, I ran fur mark and prime95 for 15 minutes and everything was fine so I don't think it's a CPU, psu or gpu issue so that leaves the memory and my Ssd. I'll run memtest tonight and is there something to test the ssd with? Is there problem you know of from this info that may cause this?

Specs are;
I5 2500k @stock
Xms3 4gb
DirectCu II 6950 1gb
StealthXtreme 600w psu
Msi gd53 motherboard
Crucial m4 128gb ssd
Seagate barracuda 500gb hdd

I'd say you definitely require a format, I can't think of any hardware related problems which would cause the time and date to be continuously pasted in to notepad.

To test the SSD you could use HD Tune. It is a nice little tool to test and gather all the information you will ever need about your HDD or SSD. It also has an error checking tool built in.

I think it's my mouse. Unplugging it fixes it.
