Strange line appear on screen before crashing

Hello there.

I just finished building my first pc.

I installed Windows 7 32-bit and then the pc started making some strange lines vertically with various colours and then crashing.

does anyone know what the problem might be?

My graphics card is an XFX ATI RADEON HD 5870

Yeah ive removed everything, and reinstalled them.
I also reset bios in case anything got messed there but still nothing.

This thing is getting worst. Now even my pc wont turn on the display. I have to restart it 5-6 times.

My specs are as follows (all brand new)

XFX ATI RADEON HD 5870 850M

2x4 OCZ Special Ops DDR3 Ram

Intel i5-2300 processor

ASUS P8P67 LE Motherboard

OCZ SSD

Windows 7 64-bit

Sorry man im not too good with so in depth stuff.

Im not using Asus Suit nor did i overclocked my system.

I just left it as it is since im happy with its perfomance (exept the cards flicking and not recognizing my monitor half of the time)

Unfortunately no, and i dont get any support from the sellers as well. When it comes to money they want them as soon as possible, when you ask for support they just take their time!

Only the first time. Then i formated my ssd again installed windows again and then did the same thing with the 64-bit. But i only installed the cd for the motherboard once.
