Strange Microsoft Word problem

Hi,

I have just opened word to type out some work, and I've found that its opened up a old document of mine straight away instead of presenting me with the default blank document.

This happens everytime I open up Microsoft Word. How do I change it back so it opens up the default blank document. I have no idea how it changed :confused:

If it's doing that then it should be saying something about recovering your document, just answer it and do what it wants you to do.

Why aren't you using LaTeX to type out uni work?

Fixed it. Somehow the normal.doc had been writen open. So I had to find that and delete its content.

Thanks for your help guys - I dont know why I'm not using LaTeX, might have to have a look into that!
