I have a strange problem with the wireless card in a Dell Inspiron 1300. The exact details of the card are as follows... Dell Wireless 1370 WLAN Mini-PCI Card.
The problem is that when you start the laptop everything loads up as normal yet the wireless indicator on the tray of windows says that the connection has limited or low connectivity, this is confirmed by not having access to the internet.
To solve the problem, all you have to do is restart the machine and on the second boot everything loads up fine and there are no problems with the internet. The icon on the tray reads good connection speeds and the problem is gone.
This is happening on 90% of the times that I turn the laptop on. I have uninstalled the drivers and downloaded the newest ones from the Dell site which doesn't resolve the issue at all.
Other wifi devices in the house run fine from the router. (O2 wireless box) Anyone got any ideas?
