I used to know a guy who had lost his eye in a bike crash.

He had a replacement made from titanium. Looked ****ing badass.

If I lose an eye, I'm getting a titanium one with a red LED made...

To the OP i wouldnt let it get to you too much, just be happy with your appearance, i think you will find people are more curious than wanting to take the mick.

If you wore a patch, yes it would be more noticable at first. But people would also realise a lot quicker that you have something up with your eye and also get on with what there doing instead of staring trying to work it out.

Either that or they will think your a pirate.

It's a shame you feel the way you do mate as most are just not bothered.
If i was you i would be as blatant as **** about it and put it bang on anyone who mentioned it in a wrong way.
You are you with one eye be proud of yourself and quite rightly look down on anyone who disrespects you because of it.
If this fails then whack them with your keyboard.
