Strange squealing type of noise from new build

Just recently bought my parts from OC and built a new PC the main components are:-

Intel Core i5 760 2.8GHz OC'd to 4GHz
Gigabyte P55-USB3 Intel P55 Motherboard
Corsair Dominator 4GB DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel
Corsair A50 CPU Cooler
EVGA GeForce GTX 570 SuperClocked
OCZ Vertex 2E Bigfoot 90GB 3.5" SATA-II SSD
OCZ Vertex 2E Bigfoot 120GB 3.5" SATA-II SSD
Corsair HX 750W PSU
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

All seems to be working fine except when under load I can hear what sounds like a squealing noise (best way I can describe it), if I put my ear close to it I think it may be the graphics card making the noise. Temperatures are all low when idle and not bad when under load either, I haven't had a single crash or problem running anything since I built it. But I hear this very annoying noise especially noticeable if I run the EVGA OC Scanner and run the stress test for the graphics card. Something like EVE Online running makes no noticeable sounds at all but, Crysis and Dawn of War 2 are particularly bad and the squealing sound is immediately noticeable on the game menus as soon as they load. like I say it could be described as a high pitched type of noise or like a faint squealing. Is this a sign something is possibly faulty or is this normal?

Any help/suggestions are welcome as I don't want to RMA anything if it's not neccesary.

Thanks.

does the noise go away if you enable Vsync in the nvidia control panel?

If I force V sync on in the NV control panel the squealing noise is significantly reduced, the OC Scanner doesnt make any noises at all with Vsync forced but Dawn of War 2 and Crysis still makes the squealing just doesn't seem quite as loud with Vsync forced but it is defintely still there.

Majority of my gpu's have done this, at the moment I run the 580 which squeal in the menu system in games ect.

Once I start playing the noise dies down.

My crossfire 5850 were similar as well as the 480 I has.

I beleive this may be capacitor squeal - my 470 does it very noticeably at anything much over 750mhz on the core, Fermi cards are apparently quite prone to it but its nothing to worry about if a little annoying, a spot of hot glue gun or candle wax on the offending caps should silence them but it'll likely void warrnaty so do it at you're own risk - or if you've got GPU oc'd scale back a little.

Check you haven't accidental trapped the cat in your build.

Some cards do tend to squeal as the start up but normally the sound straightens once warmed up.. If you think it's a problem then it may be worth contacting the shop.

In contact with all three atm OC, EVGA and this section of forum

OC told me to run Furmark for 1 hour on extreme burn in mode.

EVGA got back to me and asked if i had anything stuck in the fan

and this forum plus some research of my own seems to suggest it's normal and a bit hit and miss whether u get a card that makes a squeal/kettle like noise when running at extreme FPS but becomes less noticeable as the FPS seems to drop.

I can live with the noise it doesn't bother me to much tbh, I just want to make sure my card isn't going to blow up a week/month few months down the line due to a fault.
