Strange things happening after RAID !

Got 2 64gb Samsung SSDs running in RAID 0. All is well, read and write speeds are good, seems fine. However, I get some weird sound problems since RAIDing in Vista. Every so often the system will stop responding and lock up for a few seconds, with sound going a bit crazy. Once it responds again, I always get the "You just plugged in an audio device" popup from the Realtek audio manager. ICH10R and onboard sound.

Any ideas why this would be happening ?

Sounds more like sound driver problems than HDD problems to me.

Ah but it would seem everything's interlinked in these newfangled PCs. For some as yet unknown reason, my internet stops working whenever I set my 24" monitor to 1280x800. Pretty much every other resolution is OK, it doesn't happen if I set a different monitor to that resolution, and I've tried changing graphics cards too.
So I have no idea why you're getting that issue, but I'm willing to accept it may, in some obscure way, be due to the drives.
