Hi
I’ve got a Virgin superhub set in modem mode, a Dlink router and a couple of WiFi access points around the house. Only the Dlink router is dishing out DHCP.
Everything had been working just fine for a long time, all my old / usual devices are still working fine and connected via WiFI but I can’t seem to connect any new device using WIfi. The device can connect but “local only” and isn’t really local as I can’t see my server and when I checked using ipconfig it didn’t have a local address.
Take the same device and plug it into a wired connection and all is fine.
Any idea what may be causing this?
I’m going to strip the network back at the weekend disconnecting the additional access points etc.
Thanks
