I still don't know what resident evil means, sounds like a game where you share a flat with some residents who don't clean the dishes.

A fictitious biological weapon. Its namesake is a kind of pump used to purify water.

As for Daikatana:

Daikatana's title is written in Japanese kanji and means "long sword"; however, the characters' usual reading is in fact "daitō".

Unrelated to the post or topic but the word "joystick" brought back memories of the original Football Manager on the C64 being nominated for the "Golden Joystick Award" - and you didn't even use a joystick in the game!!!

Ahhhh Donkey kong was a translation/spelling error it was meant to be monkey kong.

Same as the old racing game continental circus that to was meant to be continental circuits :cool:
