Strategy games with super weapons

Well my dear Tefal, join Dr Thrax and his Global Liberation Army today, and use Anthrax B to wipe those pesky Americans and Chinese off the face of the Earth!

Generals and zero hour is where it's at. Scud launcher the imperialist pigs out of Europe and China!

Not very futuristic (apart from the USA, with lasers and all that crap)

I know these are old but I'm bring them up anyway:

Dark Reign: Rift Creator (sucks things into a void), Shockwave Tank (causes a localised earthquake), Hostage Taker (lobotomises infantry and converts them into suicide zombies)

Star Wars Supremacy: Aside from the obvious Death Star, you can bombard civilian or military structures on a planet, or glass them (with a big enough fleet) and render them totally uninhabitable :p
 
Supreme Commander Forged Alliance; Experimental weapons like the Monkey Lord with a microwave laser and a flying saucer like the ones out of Independence day. :)
 
civ 4 world builder --- i know its just ICBMS and you wanted more... but spawn about 500 of them and fire them in groups of 50.

Its what i do when i get really ****ed off with the PC

As for biggest yeah Homeworld's mother ship gun... or EVE online's Doomsday devices make me lol every-time.
 
Command and Conquer is awesome Tefal, its Red Alert 3 onwards where they suck.

Generals / Command and Conquer 3 are the good ones that aren't really old.

Nukes, Ion Cannons, Scud Storms, Warp Storms, it's all good :D

I wish the Homeworld games were available on Steam (for a reasonable price). I'm not usually an RTS fan but Cataclysm was fantastic, I thoroughly enjoyed it way back in...2003 I think.
 
It has to be Supreme Commander just being able to build lots of nukes and launch them all at once!

The nuke in starcraft is a bit weak for my liking!

You guys had reminded me about generals, i wonder if i still got my old copy!!

C&C Generals... 3 WMD's 1 for each faction
Nuke
Scud Storm
Mad Beam Of Destruction that You Can Direct Anywhere You Want.

Its also good in a case where you can get tractors to spray poison at people, and angry mobs that can be upgraded to use AK47 ^^
 
Civilisation IV has nukes.
Any of the UT games have nuke based weapons you can download as a mod. Unreal4Ever was the best mod for totally insane weapons such as the ragdoll bomb and bfg style guns.

Best super weapons of any game I have every played and best graphical representation of the nuke and subsequent destruction. Especially when you manage to blow up the enemy commander and he too explodes in a similar fashion :p
