Streaming from Google device to Ipad?

As title really - is there an easy way of doing this?

I don't want to install itunes on my PC so that's the only way I can think of getting media onto the Ipad.

Open to suggestions!

or use a UPnP\DLNA app on both?

I take it your doing this via wireless?

What media do you want to put on your iPad?

I have very little "media" on my iPad, and play most of my music and video from my Synology NAS. You can download for offline playback too, which obviously is a way of "loading" media onto the iPad sans iTunes.

Well I'm going abroad and just fancied watching movies on a bigger screen than the nexus 7 - although the nexus is perfectly fine for watching movies on, I also have a large SD card in my phone.

So you have to assume I shall not be at home with a network!

If it helps I'm rooted on my phone.

So it's a Nexus 7 to iphone? if so you could try a OTG cable and connect the ipad
what to what would be good.

Nexus 7 or S3 to ipad.

I've researched it that you can use plex to host between wifi.
