Street Fighter (SFIV, SSFIV, HDR)

It just slows down everyone's reaction times effectively, but if you rely on that for your fighting style then it can be a problem. It makes cross ups, throws etc a fair bit stronger than they should be.

However, it means your combo's should never drop now. If you can do 1 frame combo's offline, you can do them online!
 
That is awesome, I mustve crossed Adz half a dozen times during my match but never pulled off my frame links correctly cause of the lag, I think I landed it once as a round finisher. And I know I can pull them off fairly consistently offline.
 
If anyone has ever wanted to punch me in the face then tonight you can! I just bought Streetfighter 4 hyper mega super duper new challenger edition on a whim and I'll be on there for a few hours into the evening. PS3 username is 'nitefly-ocuk' IIRC.
 
So I had a few hours on SSF4U as stated and I had some good fun, but I found myself getting very frustrated at the challenge mode, with some of the impossible to pull off combos. Now, I'm using a PS3 controller and not a stick, but even then I can't understand how simple button combos pressing 2 buttons, much like in this vid at ~50 seconds, are so relentlessly hard to hit consistently. I even got the youtube video up to play alongside me so I could sync the button taps. Nope, they would only connect about 1/15 times. lulwut.


No mad skills here.

Not many people from here play on console much anymore since the PC release. I don't even see Elrasho online anymore.

Don't get to worries about the links in training mode, it is stupidly outdated. They promised us new trials AGES ago, but we never got them.

if you're playing Honda as long as you can do lp into h.h.slap you're golden! (Doing it on a pad might be rather hard though!!) You will eventually get used to harder links, just got to kep doing them :D

December 4th for the TE2, which is supposed to be switchable between PS3/PS4. (Price tag will undoubtedly be huge)
