Stress & Relaxation

First, YouTube a band called leather hands and watch the video for Vertical lines at least 5 times. It's mesmerizing. Trust me on that one.

Next, if your shower is big enough bring a suitable chair in and just sit there. I know its bad for the environment but when I'm stressed I don't care.

After that, I like riding the bus with headphones and some pink Floyd, preferably while going somewhere.

I have a very strange way of relaxing, I make a tea and in the process try to think of 3 things I would like to do in that moment in time... For example:

Browse the net
Play Xbox 360
Do some gardening

Then I start to list pro's and cons...

The above 2 not being very productive but requiring minimal input... The 3rd being a bit of hardy work, requiring me to think, but only on what I am doing.

Then I decide on the one thing I would like to do, force my self to do the others for 30 mins before doing the one thing I would like to do. By the time it comes round to it. That one thing is much more appreciated and enjoyable I would have forgotten why I was angry...

In short, forget about it, trust me, you have no issues compared to some in this world.

Not in London!! :p

I do like to go for a walk to clear my head. 30 mins no phone nothing, just my thoughts and my feet.

Music can soothe, but it has to be the correct type of music.

Best bit of advice I think, Takes you away from everything that you really don't need.

By not getting stressed in the first place. ;)

Generally you can only do what you can do, no matter how fast you run around trying to get things done and juggling however many tasks.
The world can go to hell in a hand cart as far as I'm concerned in that respect.
If something doesn't get done, it doesn't get done, end of.
