just doing a bit of stress testing on my new e2180 to see what temps i get at stock speeds before overclocking but have a small problem.
using sp2004, i can stress both cores one at a time but can't stress both cores together. i run 2 copies of sp2004 to stress both cores but speedfan is only stating 100% usage on one of the cores not both. I'm using the blend test if that makes a difference.
if i run orthos beta, that only stresses one of the cores too.
anybody have any ideas what's going on?
i've also got a 5 degree difference in temps between the cores, is that common?
