Tut  :D

Got a punchbag? use it, if you havent make one out of your cousin :p

I try and deal with stress by sitting down for 5 minutes and breathing deeply. Then I try to work out what exactly is stressing me out and what I can do about it :) Just being reminded that it's in your control, or at least some is, tend to get it in perspective.

Once I have a plan in mind, even if I can't implement it immediately, I feel calmer! :D

That or I build lots of nukes on a game and blow up hundreds of innocent people at once :p

Thanks for the replies :) I will be making a few enquiries today to see if any gym will allow a month or 2 contract (I am moving out of the area and I don't really want to pay full whack for a year).

If that fails I will see if I can get a punch bag :)

I have already started a list Woodsy - thanks for that idea. I will let you know how I get on.

Maybe, video games have been shown as a way to outlet builtup agression which is essentialy stress, but I agree that something like CSS is likely to cause stress too.

how so?

If you're clearing up the house get all the old paperwork etc. and have a big bombfire in the garden, nothing calms me down half as much as having a big fire and throwing stuff onto it.

I have a punchbag in my garage which I sometimes go and knock ten bells out of, if I'm feeling particuarly stressed I use my baseball bat on it instead :) I find exercise helps especially swimming, nothing like a good thrash up and down the pool to get those stress monkey's out of your head.
