Stress

Yep, I get the skin flareup thing too especially on my back and shoulders, which in turn gets me stressed.

Usually always ok at sleeping though, constantly too tired not too lol

I'm stressed right now and it feels like a knife is going through my stomach. Also get dizzy, shaky, tired and emotional. I have IBS though so have it worse than others I guess. Still got 3 weeks of exams to go :(

My headacehs get worse, I end up with a really stiff neck and I sleep more even though I'll be horribly tired the whole time - I kinda shut down

I don't ever get stressed. I find it very difficult to take things all that seriously.

I've got my final final year exam tomorrow - and I'm sitting on yon internet thing doing SFA about it. Good times :D

I'd have to say I'm pretty stressed at the moment, with AS exams coming up dead soon and other stuff hanging on me in social life or whatever, spots have decided to come out and tell me that im stressed too. Wish things were back to how they were a couple of weeks ago.

When do you guys know your getting stressed?

For me my sleeping gets a lot worse and my skin flares up on my face and get an acne attack :(

Got exams for final year uni this month - first one @ 9am - and i just dont feel confident, i dont enjoy the course and find it hard to concentrate on revision

Damn stress :(

With me i tend to get a bit ratty and generally feeling run-down and a bit sad. Sometimes it gets really bad where ill just snap at anyone and everyone and it can be quite vicious, ask my gf she knows what its like to be on the end of my stress....poor thing :p. Cue me giving her lots of attention, buying pressies etc etc and same with my mum, i hate it when i get stressed...it really really annoys me so now i tend to take things a bit easier especially with work.

I get stress-related migranes, which make it very difficult to concentrate or eat without feeling sick (which makes the pain worse). I've not had them in quite a while though, as I've started to just deal with things when they come rather than waiting until the last minute to do everything.

When you're stressed, do exercise. Whether it's a run, a trip to the gym, or just
kicking a ball around. It has been proved that doing exercise reduces stress-inducing chemicals in the body. Initially you feel exhausted, but after you've recovered I guarantee you will be far more relaxed. I bet you whatever you want!
