Ive had a browse on google and cant find any good guides on stretching before and after weight lifting sessions.

What do all of you do to warm up and stretch before a workout?

At the moment i just row for 5mins then do some light static stretching and that's it.
 
Not sure if this is exactly what you are after, but here's a good guide on stretching for flexibility. I'm sure some of the information would be useful for warm up purposes.Clicky

I'll give it a read, one of the reasons i want to make sure my stretching is spot on is because i don't want to loose my flexibility and also it can hinder growth gains.
