Nope i dont think my gf would mind but then i wouldnt really tell her, good thing she lives thousands of miles in NYC:p.

But seriously she doesnt agree with them but i dont think she would really mind, must ask her tonight lol. If anything she would be the type to say to me...why go there when u can strip me at home all for free....i prefer her to strip for me tho;):p. But in all honesty i havent been to a strip club for ages now, last one i went to was Spearmint Rhino's in London and the place is a rip off...drinks were extortionately priced but quite a few eye candy though. My boss told me to take some clients for a night out and when i asked them they said strip club...so off we went...tbh in all honesty i didnt really think much of the place but strip clubs really arent my cup of tea....if my mates are going then ill go but even they really arent into the strip bar thing these days.
 
If I am completely honest I wouldn't like it if my other half went to a strip club (not that I currently have another half). Please note here though that I say I wouldn't like it and not that I would stop him. If a group of guys were going on a stag night or such and he was part of the group then if he wants to go he should go. What would really **** me off no end and what a guy would get into hot water over would be lieing to me about not going and then finding out he did. Also I wouldn't throw the teddies out the cot if he did decide to go and make him feel guilty, thats not really fair.

(incidentally it wouldn't be a trust issue, I wouldn't be worried about something happening or aything like that either)

exactly right , if I have ever been to one I hav been entirely honest about it but have mates who tell everyone to make sue that there missus doesn't find out that they went
 
As long as my bf told me about it and didnt lie about it i'd be ok with it, and he knows that if he went (im pretty sure he'd only go for a stag night or his friends birthdays or something, i dont know if i would be completely ok with it if it was for any other reason) he could always invite me along ;)
 
My GF is fine with it, she may even be going to one this weekend. Don't see why it should ever be an issue, if you touch them you lose your fingers anyway so there's no contact and the women have no interest in you whatsoever, just your wallet.

I struggle to find the appeal though, if I'm honest I don't even find it a turn on as I know full well that no matter how close she dances or how much she flirts she just wants money, not me, and that ruins it for me.
 
Funnily enough this came up yesterday. First of all she said i'm not allowed to go anymore and then changed her mind to say that i'm only allowed to go if she comes with me. :eek: So for other words, it's now another secret i have to keep from her. :)

Exactly and i cant see why women or some women have issues with strippers and strip clubs. Saying that though i wouldnt blatantly lie to my gf if i did go to one but as i said in my previous post, i dont find them to be particularly interesting places and its definitely not a turn on for me.....plus they charge a stupid amount of money for a private lapdance and the fact you cant touch them...well kinda ruins the whole thing for me. Saying that though im sure there are places where you can touch etc etc but then i wouldnt inhabit places like that, tend to be full of dirty old men lol:p. If anything id rather go to a well known establishment that is well decored and has rules which the punters abide by.
 
I have extremely low self-esteem, so the sensible part of my brain wouldn't mind Mic going to a strip club, the paranoid, self loathing part would probably have a field day

I, on the other hand, wouldn't mind going to one but for the reasons above, I could never go to one with Mic
 
My ex went nuts when I said I was going to a strip club for my mates 21st, ended going but not telling her. Now I’m going out with a stripper so problem solved :P

I understand completely :)

The thought of Desmo looking at other women , at this moment in time , makes my blood boil and the irrational side of me gets upset that he would feel the NEED to look at another woman

The sensible side of me says it's only having a laugh and appreciating the female form , he has me and has chosen to be with me anyway so what's the problem ?

Would be kinda hard to tell which part would win at the moment :p

If I'm totally honest I would prefer if he didn't go but I would never stop him or kick up a fuss or have a sulk if he did go although I would get upset if it was on a regular basis

If it was for a stag do etc then I would be able to accept it but I honestly wouldn't want to think about it and wouldn't want to know anything about it

What do you get out of it though? Ive never seen the appeal of strippers. If I asked, Im sure my gf would do everything they do and more, and it would be a damn site more appealing! To me its basically just hookers without the sex. Pointless imo.
 
my ex hated the idea of me going to one, so about a week after we split up my mates took me along :D

My possible new lady would proberbly get a private dance at one :D:D
