Strong Lifts, What next ?

Hi i have just finished the strong lifts 5x5 program. now i am just wondering what i should do next from there.

It says to just keep going, but i fancy doing something different. :D

You could focus gaining muscle or losing fat, depends on your long term goals.
 
Of course you can. Have you not seen any improvements with strong lifts?

There is no secret routine for success, just train hard, eat properly and rest properly, oh and read the BB + diet stickies.
 
yeah i have seen a lot of improvements , as i have been of with a bad back before i started and thought it would let me down. but i finished the program and i didn't fail anything so i gone much stronger.

Id just like a different program, that keeps, the big exercises, but maybe down to once a week for each, and with some assistance exercises to.

As with the squats now getting heavy, my legs are really feeling it in karate lol.

I would like to gain some mass, thing is i do karate on a Monday and Friday, could i still see good gains while still doing the karate ? :D

you don't loose weight doing karate so ofc you can :)

You will need a good diet and 3 day (minimum) weighting/ split.
 
No problem, His books are well worth the money and what i base almost all my weight training on now.

The first one i linked to you is mainly full of workouts, around 50 or so.
The Second one i linked too, (Dinosaur Training) is very motivational and explains quite a lot and is a bit about him and gives you a pretty good direction of how to train more so then heaps of written routines.
Its money Well spent IMO.
