Has anyone here any experience of this or any similar groupings?

Ive used BNI before

I couldnt deal with being cut out of a social enviroment in a job.

I've just handed in my notice for my current job for these reasons. I "Was" A market researcher for Millward Brown. We basiclly conduct over the phone interviews with members of the public, but the way things work, we are ALWAYS on the phone, no time to laugh and joke in the office.

I've now quit, and have a bar job in a local pub, full of friendly faces and people to chat to, and even though I get paid considerably less at the pub, Id rather loose a bit of £££ rather than have no social interaction with friends at work.
