Stuck in a safe boot loop?

I just wanted to go to safe mode on my ssd and now it's stuck in a loop and never boots. It say welcome then the PC boots again over and over. I went to msconfig to set it up for safe mode boot and now it wont boot?

windows 7 64bit.

all I did was go to msconfig and wanted to boot in safe mode. now I have another hdd with windows 7 but it's 32 bit and now this hdd is in safe mod too,but it boots up. my ssd drive os just boots up then say welcome and then reboot. It wont go into windows 7 at all. I'm trying this on my other hdd in safe mode

I can't get to system recovery option to repair?

Having windows on both the SSD and HDD might be causing some issues.

dual boot can cause errors if you have a problem with both sets, so only option is put in the disk and boot off that, then you will have the repair option
