Hi,

Spec as in sig below, was testing a overclock 4.4 when I got bsod after 10 mins, but now i'm stuck in a loop and it wont post to bios?? ??

Just trying that now also.. a few minutes left out if enough?

Yes, make sure you switch off the back of the PSU. Also double check the CMOS reset in the motherboard manual. Some have weird reset procedures.

If none of that works, try any BIOS rescue the board has. Are there any motherboard telltales (start codes, beeps, LEDs etc) that might tell you where the boot process is stalling?

If you're not even getting into the BIOS after a reset then that implies corrupted BIOS or even hardware failure of the RAM, CPU, etc

Tired CMOS Reset with battery out (after switching off PSU at back) restarted with the bios switch on back up bios same problem, the motherboard debug led code reads AE according to the manual it means "Boot to Legacy OS."

The pc stays on fans are on but nothing posts and the monitor flashes on then "no signal" apears and repeats

Back in :) Dont know why this happened new to me but took the display port cable out and tried hdmi to my tv and booted and got the load default bios screen. set the defaults and booted, everything good.

shut down and plugged back in the display port for my AOC Q2770PQU and the highest resolution I could see was 640, uninstalled all devices under monitors in device manager rebooted and everything back to normal??

Anyone know why that happened?
