Stuck Pixel

I've got one pixel which seems to be stuck on Red

Is there a way other than jscreenfix to try and fix it ?

Hate to be a bearer of bad news but you're very unlikely to be able to fix a stuck pixel.

i had a pixel stuck on green once on a older monitor and fixed it by wrapping my finger in a microfiber cloth and gently running my finger on it to un stick it and it worked surprisingly.

+1, but used a cotton bud with a bit of thin cloth around the bud worked a treat.

when i read online about unsticking them like this i honestly didnt think it was gonna work and was dismissing it like an old wives tale sort of deal. deffo worth a go though as it can fix it.

Surely you guys jest ? How long are you supposed to rub and does the monitor need to be on or off ?

as soon as i ran my finger over the pixel it fixed it (honestly not joking) and the monitor was on.

meh tried it, didn't work, I'll have to just avoid white backgrounds as that's the only time it's noticeable
