OK so when putting my case back together I wasn't paying attention and screwed a screw in the wrong place and it's now stuck, meaning that the front of the case won't go on. Any tips on how to get it out. It won't unscrew at all.

what sort of screw is it? + whats it screwed into.
rather than pliers 
use a socket, it will get a much better grip on the screw head if it's a standard hard drive type screw (and one of the reasons they used that type I think, as even if the head has been mangled by rubbish screwdrivers you can get it out with a little luck).
