Unless the reviews are verified purchases I take most of them with a pinch of salt, even this method can be manipulated though. Likely done by the owner or an employee or someone with too much time on their hands who likes to troll via reviews.

In fairness, I bet they didn't do anything they claimed and were totally safe!
Think I spent 25 quid on a sliver line out cable for my portable flac player, it looked nice anyway, but isn't it true that analogue devices can be enhanced by cabling ? obviously digital is either a zero or a 1. .looking at my (now retro) headphones spec ,the ahd7000s are way above the ahd2000s and looking at the incremental changes would they really spend more on cabling for the flagship model if not necessary ?

It's diminishing returns though, low impedence will obviously improve the signal but once you get past the real duff stuff the human ear cannot detect the difference between the £10 cable and the £100 cable that is just wasted precious metals.
It's true though, the noise you hear when someone accidentally cuts one is truly spectacular.
