Can i take my laptop? digital cam? batteries? and rechargeble batteries on a plane?

Or in my big bag of luggage that is flying to Bristol?

You might be asked to turn it off during take off and landing, also going through customs/check-in asked to take it apart and show that everything works, but generally yes.
