Turn veggie if you can, fish is ok, this generally only applies to countries in asia india etc where they have no proper hygiene routine thingmy.

the water one is overkill on the whole, maybe for drinking/brushing teeth but washing etc is usually ok.

Hell, in europe/us/aus etc its all fine really...

Watch your back all the time. And trust your instincts. 9/10 times mine are correct about stuff.

For the truth, ask yourself where somewhere 400 miles from the coast has fresh fish, we did :eek:

Eat fresh, never salad, always hot. eat from vendors locals use and eat when they do.

Take alcohol prep pads to wipe hands, might not clean them as well but no bug sruvives that
