Stulid Tested all of OcUK Thermal Paste Range

hi Stulid Would you be up for testing some Janpus thermal paste if I send it to you?

I have have the DX1 and D9000

Cheers

great approach to testing and info is very good so thanks for that, now can we have a cpu cooler one done?

as i'm sure that would throw up some great info as well :)

if it's not already been done and i'm blind to not see it, if so i apologize now in advance :)

Great work! When I need to replace my TIM or do a rebuild I will come and check this out again, very in depth and needs to be a sticky imo.

EDIT: Just noticed it is already stickied

Thats a good test and surprising at times but I'm interested in the thing that can't be measured in a one off test and thats longevity

I ask because I recently disassembled a cpu and cooler and the AS5 paste was as good as the day it was put there 5 years ago. I don't know what they use for it but its amazingly stable.

So has anyone had experiences of temperatures rising or paste solidifying over time with any brand/compound? The rather large cooler I have at present is not something I'd want to dismantle in a hurry, or often.

If you cant find the Gelid then im currently liking Antec formula7, its very similar in terms of ease of spread etc.

Shout out to Prolimatech for the PK1/2 also.
