Looks like it might be connection related to me. Does it do the same in single player?
I reinstalled my drivers and played a game last night and it was super smooth.
I just got home and tried a match and it's back to stuttering again
And I haven't downloaded the SP yet.

You are quite right and that shouldn't be a problem. I am not sure what else it could be. I have the latest 340.65 drivers, only running a single card (as SLI scaling is negative) but only the occasional server has been buggy and that has been probably 3/4 times at the most out of quite a few hours of online play.
