Well i was on a surf server owned by www.game24-7.co.uk and i just got votebanned

it was surf_legends now im really good at surfing on this level, i know all the shortcuts so i can get to the best place before most people get to jail, no of-course when you get to the best place i pick up the auto sniper, making it much easier for me to kill than to be killed. I can understand them vote kicking me and complaining at me for being too good but to vote ban me instantly, this is the only map im really any good at, so im not sure if this is common to get banned amongst good players or not. Ive registered up to the site and i am going to appeal my ban on there forums, but at the moment i have to wait for my registration to be approved by an admin :( This happened to anyone else?
 
It's a common occurance mate, nothing to be worried about. After a 1 year lay off I have just started playing and on my second game I was branded a 'cheat' and should 'learn how to play properly.' And I'm totally useless at this game... trust me.

just a heads up, i think your sig may be to long ;) 400 x 75 and 20kb are the limits
 
It's the stupid clan kiddies that take it too seriously. I've been top of the leader board out of pure skill many a times and I've often been branded a cheat etc. It's all very lame :o
 
CSS. A good game ruined by the hordes of retards and idiots that frequent it's servers.

Basically, find yourself a better server, think of it as a blessing in disguise. If they're that petty and sad that they need to ban anyone good just so they can feel better about themselves then let the scum get on with it. :rolleyes:

Length doesn't actually really matter as the forum formatting cuts it down to size.
 
tbh I do get annoyed when I join a surf server and people sit with a awp or auto-sniper its not really the reason to play surf servers. if you wanna sit with a rifle just go to a normal pub server, if you wanna surf just surf. Its more annoying for the people who aint very good and probs get quite annoyed with you killing them when they are trying to learn how to surf i know i would personally

the thing is, its not a sort of map that you can continuously surf, you would probably get vote-banned for not staying in one place :/

i agree that surf maps should be surfed, but i think that is only true with surf maps with out jails, such as japan i like to fly along with a shottie on that map :p
 
I played CSS for a while when i first got it and got pretty good but stopped.

The last few months me and my cousin played it a lot and i got very good. I play on a german deathmatch server on dust 2 unlimited and get branded a cheat.

It is usually little boys moaning aswell. I joined and was at number 2 spot within about ten minutes and keeping my KD ratio at 1.25 and the noob with 14 kills 22 deaths is craying aimbot!! :rolleyes:

I joined the spanwpoint 24/ assault server and within one evening i'd jumped to being position 60 out of 12,000 players or something like that. KD of 3.2 :D I jumped straight ahead of players with over 1000 kills and they got annoyed that my 150+ something kills i'd acheived had completely put them to shame and i got branded a cheat and "had my playing demo'd for reporting to valve" :(

Needless to say i still play there and i'm not at position 38/39 or somethign like that... Gonna bring it down some more :p

Same, I have been playing turbo gun game lately and I'm quite good at it. I come first maybe 1/4 of the time and top three or four the rest, I have been called a cheater occasionally. It's normally by the other decent players who seem to be bad losers :(

Ah well, I'm still poor at the normal one so if I get fed up of being called a cheater I just head off to PUB :p

you may find they do it as a joke, i always call cheat if i die :p but i never votekick or ban etc
