Stupid Ideas

I've always wanted to try the pasta in the kettle trick, but haven't.

What I will do soon though is try and cook a steak on my car engine! Wrap it in foil, secure it somewhere hot on the engine and go for a drive.

No he puts the pasta in the kettle and then just boils it a few times.

He also doesn't know what a sieve is.

I've lived in a caravan for a couple of months a few years ago when i was doing some herb growing in a remote location and i had to use the kettle to boil eggs:D ghetto, but it works.:D

I have a mental picture....

....of cooking pasta in a kettle, until it breaks....then cooking rice in a pan until it turns to a lump of starch...and just cleaning everything with a pair of boxers while cooking some coffee....anyone think a takeaway menu would be a good present? :)

I should try this with my 480....

Wrap a steak in a non-conductive material. Put steak on 480, load up BF3.

When I was at Uni, one of my housemates was too lazy to bother washing up.

He used to love sauces on everything, so whatever he ate, he would have some ketchup, brown sauce, mayo, relish, mustard, bbq sauce on the side.

It was annoying everyone that he was just leaving his plates lying about with sauce festering on them. So to save having to clean up, he decided instead to buy stacks of paper plates, so he could just throw them away afterwards!

Trouble was, he was also too lazy to bother throwing the plates away, so we were still at square one, but with tons of paper plates instead of crockery!

Yeah, but chucknig a paper plate in the bin is nowhere near as bad as having to do his washing up...
