stupid simple SMP upgrade to SERVER ubuntu install

Better option than my original idea...

With the VMWare window active, press Alt+F2. You should get a login prompt back. Don't worry, the client is still there (press Alt+F1). Usually Alt+F3 through Alt+F6 will get you more promots, and Alt+F12 will show the system log.

Some feed back for the class :D

The desktop version, together with LinuxSMP client is running faultlessly now but has increased my step times from 10.5min's to 11.5mins and knocking 200-250ppd of my production :(

But then again 2150-2200ppd @ 94% is very reasonable for my quiet cruncher ;)
