Stutter , fps drop all games ?

At least your have ruled that out! Don't suppose you have another GPU to test? as Jony27 said could u test another PSU.

i did test with 4870 1 gig and didn't have those issues

I take it the 770 has been tested without and overclocks ( including those that also came factory pre set if any ) Ive had a quick skim of the thread and can't see your power supply in there would be useful to know though it doesn't sound like a PSU issue. But if you are now getting black screens and shutdowns sounds like something is degrading.

Either the GPU or the PSU not providing a ideal amount of power for it.

EDIT just had a look for you and the stock clocks for a 770 should be

base clock : 1046 Can't find anything for memory clocks strangely just fill rates ect would try to just lower that as well.

Ive had a GPU come from a company pre overclocked beyond what it was capable of

black screens seem to disappeared , tested 770 at stock clocks still stuttering vsync enabled or disabled doesn't make a difference demanding or not demanding games in all the games , used DDU to uninstall all the drivers and installed latest ones the issue still persist .

May be a pain in the ***************** but you wouldn't have another system around that you could test the card in do you? That could pretty much narrow it down to it being the card

If not i would send it off for RMA and see what they say.

well it was a fault with a card as i rma it last week and they found the same problem and now supplier posted it to msi for replacement . no idea how long it will take . stuck with 4870 1gig for moment .

The retailer is allowed 30 days to replace the card. It's usual no more than a couple of weeks tops.

meh got 770 gtx 4 gig oc back after 30 days took them a while looks like same box but gpu sealed with tags in plastic looks like new so will sell it .
