Hey guys,

Last weekend I got my girlfriend a nice new shuttle box with an X2 3800, gig of gskill, 250gig hdd and a 7600gt.

Now it's strange but the system stutters every now and again. I've applied the AMD patch and the latest drivers, but it's driving me up the wall!

By stuttering, I mean the mouse stops and then starts again, faulty something along the way?

Any ideas?

It is, I thought it may have been the batteries but changed those for new ones :(

One of the Microsoft Wireless setups :)

I use a Microsoft wireless desktop and they have this strange intermittent lag when connected to my NF4 motherboard, work fine on a USB hub though.

Both the keyboard and mouse do it, I've never find a way to sort it with it directly connected.

Damn :(

The shuttle actually has an ATI chipset, the Express 200 which is strange.
Has to be a USB issue then I think :(

I have recently started to get this while playing my games online...

Its like short bursts of lag, but my ping nevers goes over 45 (so it cant be lag)

I am also using a wireless mouse and keyboard set by Microsoft...

I have changed my batteries to and nothing has changed, it only does it in games though, nothing else.

So far I have put it down to my Internet provider, as we have 2GB allowance per month, and so far I think I have used it all for August.

Will see at the start of September to see if my "stuttering" has gone in games.

Steve
