Sub £500 gaming PC

There should be a 4+4 pin connector and a 24 pin connector which go into the motherboard. The GPU will then require 2x 6 pin PCI-E power cables. (assuming you purchases the one mentioned above)

Don't plug a PCI-E cable into the 12v ATX 8 pin socket. Different connectors for different things, don't want to cause anything to blow up. :)
 
The PSU has 2x4pin connectors tagged as CPU
However although it fits the square vs the arch(Round at top connector) ir there are arched ones that go into the square hole.

I probably wouldn't have even noticed and would have instinctively plugged it in. Good find.

Unsure as to why BeQuiet did that. Bitfenix and a few other people also made PCI-E extensions which dont fit properly. People carved corners off of square pins with knives. (luckily you dont have to do that) :p
